This provides international healthcare professionals the opportunity to gain experience, and learn and train within Mersey Care through an observership or hands on clinical practice, from anywhere between two weeks to 12 months. It is an opportunity to gain a unique experience within a diverse environment and to be fully integrated within the Trust.
The benefits of the programmes will not only provide an opportunity to gain world class experience but it’s an opportunity to exchange ideas and learning and to build relationships for future collaborations in developing improved healthcare.
The Trust will consider the opportunity to 'exchange' observerships on a cost-neutral basis.
