The project aims to enhance the capacity of Liverpool City Region to be a centre of excellence in developing and scaling smart and innovative solutions whilst enabling the health and social sector to deliver more effectively and efficiently.

The newly developed Health Enterprise Hub will (1) deliver specialised SME (small minority enterprises) support across the innovation cycle, invention, co-creation, testing and market routes (2) stimulate and support collaboration and co-creation to enable industry to develop and test innovations in real world settings (3) generate additional finance to accelerate market growth and scale innovation.
