Learning Through Transparency

The Learning through transparency project, which we are doing alongside Locktons, is looking at the implementation of a clinical enterprise risk management and safety system.

The work with Lockton in creating systems to enable learning through transparency and identify barriers to learning and also key organisational and safety risks has progressed to delivering workshops with clinicians regarding clinical engagement and learning through transparency from key clinical risk areas.

Redesign the complaints, claims and adverse incidents functions and review current policies.

Develop learning through transparency in the form of ‘Just Culture’ and implement the revised 'model'.
